For Every Woman : Your Guide to a Money Circle

Feeling unsure about your finances? You are not alone. Currently, many women in Singapore grapple with complex questions about money, from budgeting to long-term retirement planning.
With this in mind, we believe financial clarity is a right for all women, not a privilege. Therefore, Empower2Free created this program, a safe and supportive community for women, by women. Specifically, it is a focused 4-session program, with each session lasting 1.5 hours. In order that you can build a secure financial future, this program is designed to empower you with practical skills and confidence. We don’t just teach the “how”. Rather, we first empower you to understand your “why”. Subsequently, we then give you tools to understand money, make it grow and plan for a future you feel good about.
Let’s Talk Money: The Financial Realities of Women
On the whole, why does it feel so hard to get ahead financially? The factors stacked against women are clear, and the urgency is real. In reality, we often start with less and earn slower due to gender income disparity and lost time for caregiving duties. Evidently, this leads to a worrying trend – in 2025, 80.75% of women lack retirement confidence while 57% of women have experienced foregoing their own medical treatment in order to provide care for children and ageing parents.
While Singapore has advanced economically, women are still extremely financially vulnerable. Evidently, this isn’t just about money. It’s also about a confidence gap that leads to inaction, disabling wealth from compounding effectively. A point often overlooked is that the mental load is heavy, especially when a majority of Asian women have a “family first” mentality. Take the case of 59% of women routinely prioritising family needs over their own! Unquestionably, these ingrained behaviours and societal expectations make it harder to find the time and space for our own financial independence.

Undoubtedly, empowering women with financial literacy creates a powerful ripple effect that extends far beyond the individual. By equipping women with the confidence and skills to make informed money decisions, we enable them to take control of their own financial narrative. However, when women gain financial confidence, they don’t just empower themselves; they naturally become a force for change in their wider communities.
For one thing, the women we know share their knowledge and experiences. Some even go on to become our certified trainers, creating a self-sustaining model of women empowering women. This is a key contribution towards advancing gender equality and supporting broader economic growth. Enrol in our program today to start building the life you deserve and create impact in your community, especially for our next generation of women.

For Every Woman: Your Guide to a Money Circle
In summary, what is the "Let's Talk Money" program about?
Overall, this holistic program is a journey through the four key areas of your financial life. Firstly, we begin by looking inward at your Financial Mindset and Money Stories. Then we build practical skills for Managing Your Cashflow. Thereafter, we’ll introduce the fundamentals of Investing Basics and, finally, guide you in creating a personal roadmap for Building Your Financial Future. Significantly, all workshops are run in our “money circle” format—a small, facilitated group where you learn not only from the curriculum but also from the valuable shared experiences of others.
Particularly, who should attend this program?
As long as you want to feel more in control and take charge of their financial lives, this course is for you! Given that it is designed as a foundation, it is suitable for women of all ages. Particularly, this is an overview course perfect for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed by financial jargon, want to start setting practical goals, or simply wish to build a healthier, more confident approach to managing your money. Regardless of your background and circumstances, we create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone has something to teach and learn.
All things considered, how is this different from other financial courses?
Unlike traditional, lecture-style courses, our workshops are built on interaction and self-awareness. By comparison, each session blends guided activities, personal reflection, and open conversation within a safe, intimate group. Equally important, we focus on you as an individual—not just the numbers—to foster authentic connection and genuine insight into your financial habits. In the long run, we help you create lasting positive change through this unique combination of practical education and personal mindset.
In general, what is the group size, and when does the next program start?
In order to create a truly personal and supportive experience, each workshop is an intimate ‘money circle’ of a dedicated trainer for just five people. As soon as a group of five participants is formed, we start a new program. Significantly, as trust and shared experience are core to our process, your commitment to attending all four sessions is vital for the success of the entire group. You can register your interest now to be placed in the next available cohort.
Specifically, how will I feel about money after this program?
All in all, our goal is for you to walk away feeling capable and less anxious. Rather than seeing your finances as a source of stress or confusion, you’ll feel a sense of clarity and empowerment. In essence, you’ll not only have a practical toolkit but also the confidence to use it, knowing that you are in control and can make decisions that truly support the life you want to build.
